Brooks Bell offers multiple levels of service, and a flat-fee monthly pricing structure. The plans vary in volume of testing, development support and reporting sophistication.


All plans include the following:

    Proven workflow that results in more tests, faster results and bigger wins. Test into targeted experiences for increased personalization
  • End-to-end test execution
    Every test plan includes a set number of variations to allow for 1- 16 tests per month. Each variation will be fully planned, designed, developed, put through QA and set up in your testing platform. Each plan has a varying number of development hours included in the base price
  • Set-up: team onboarding, data review, and goal alignment
    Team introductions, permissions, goal and metric alignment
  • Continual roadmap refresh
    Active management of the 90-day test roadmap calendar to reflect shifting priorities, goals and learnings
  • Complete studio services
    Expert creative services support the test roadmap, including copywriting, layout design, photo editing and image selection
  • Flexibility to test almost anywhere on your site
    No switching or new set-up costs to shift focus from one area of your site to another. Possible areas of focus include home page, buy flow, shopping cart or landing pages
  • Basic test analysis and a weekly results update
    All plans include preliminary and final analyses for each test, as well as a weekly results update call to share the performance by key success metrics

Premium features included in higher plans are:

    Higher-level plans allow for more complex tests, more rigorous QA requirements and more velocity, while maintaining flexibility for shifting priorities, traffic levels and timelines
  • Quarterly Business Review
    The Quarterly Business Review is a quarterly executive brief that summarizes the testing program results, learnings, and calculates the total business impact to revenue, growth or efficiency metrics according to available models. This review is designed for sharing among executives to reinforce the value of the program, communicate learnings, and justify continued investment in optimization.
  • Integrated reporting from multiple data sources
    Including reporting data from additional sources such as SiteCatalyst, and direct back-end data feeds show the complete picture of testing and allow for more sophisticated insights and test strategy. Some plans include data warehousing and daily dashboard reports
  • Online archive for test results
    Save all of your test results online in a single archive to be shared with future team members and to be used for testing history reference
