Raleigh, NC (August 15, 2013) — Brooks Bell Inc., announces the promotion of Naoshi Yamauchi to Chief Performance Officer (CPO). Yamauchi will now lead data collection and analysis efforts for the premier firm focused exclusively on enterprise-level A/B split testing, targeting and optimization services.
Naoshi joined Brooks Bell in 2009 and has focused on data-based decision making, testing, and analysis for the company. In his former role as Vice President of Optimization and Analytics, Naoshi helped with the growth of client testing, streamlining processes and implementing testing strategy.
“Since joining Brooks Bell Inc., Naoshi has proven to be an invaluable part of our executive team. Under Naoshi’s leadership over the past three years, he has kept an eye toward the value of testing strategy and has increased our clients’ win rate,” said Brooks Bell. “With our company’s recent growth, Naoshi remains the perfect leader to develop and grow our testing strategy.”
Prior to joining Brooks Bell, Naoshi was Manager of Business Intelligence at Lulu.com, a leading self-publishing provider. There he discovered the power of testing and the importance of analytics—eventually spearheading a new shipping pricing model and initiating a testing program to optimize landing page campaigns.
