Brooks Bell, a Raleigh-based enterprise-level optimization and A/B testing firm, has won the Triangle Business Journal’s 2012 Best Places to Work Award in the small business category.
To be considered for this award, businesses were required to submit surveys from their employees about the work conditions, amenities and benefits. Each member of the Brooks Bell team completed anonymous surveys and shared their opinions on the company’s environment and the level of job satisfaction among employees.
“Our culture is about creating happiness, and it’s built around excitement for what we do. This award best expresses the commitment to our core values. And it shows that our employees aren’t just content—they’re truly happy,” said Brooks Bell, Founder and CEO.
Thanks to perks like a nap room, a fully stocked café and a ping-pong room, Brooks Bell believes it’s the exceptional team morale that earned its spot as one of the best places to work in the Triangle.
