Each week at Brooks Bell, we have a short meeting Friday morning with the entire team. During the meeting we get updates on tests and the company, and award a “Star of the Week.”
This week, our Star is senior client manager, Jenni Bruckman! As one of the most energetic and hardworking people on our team, Jenni makes working with her and our clients a joy. Congratulations Jenni!
Where are you from and how did you end up in Raleigh at Brooks Bell?
I’m from Augusta, GA. After graduating from college and getting married in 2005, my husband and I decided we had a rare opportunity to look at a map and pick anywhere we wanted to live – and we chose Raleigh! Almost ten years later, I love this area more than ever.
Which of Brooks Bell’s core values resonates with you most and why?
I’d easily say “Create Happiness” is my favorite core value. I get a lot of my happiness from making others happy, so that’s a win-win!
What’s the best part about being a Senior Client Manager?
This goes right back to my favorite core value. My biggest goal at the end of the day is to know that I’ve made my clients and my team as happy as possible – accomplishing that is incredibly rewarding.
What do you do outside of work? Any hobbies?
I’m an avid equestrian. I’ve ridden horses most of my life and it inspires so much focus, discipline and confidence. I genuinely believe riding makes me better at almost all areas of my life.
The Brooks Bell Star of the Week is a team member who has gone above and beyond typical expectations during the week. The award is designed to empower our team and ensure everyone’s hard work is appreciated and recognized.
The winner receives a large trophy they get to keep for the entire week, fully equipped with extra Nerf darts (extra protection for those impromptu Nerf wars). They also get the honor of selecting the following week’s winner.
