Each week at Brooks Bell, we have a short meeting Friday morning with the entire team. During the meeting we get updates on tests and the company, and award a “Star of the Week.”
This week, our Star is client coordinator Beth LaRousse! Beth is responsible for the success of many of our clients and was recognized for her recent hard work. She is an awesome member of our team, and truly lives our core values! Congratulations Beth!
What do you like to do outside of work? Any hobbies?
I am building a house and planning a wedding right now, so most of my free time is spent sorting out details for those things.
What would you test? Other than client testing of course!
DESSERTS! I love to bake, so testing different recipes is always fun.
At Brooks Bell we value a healthy lifestyle. What do you do to stay healthy?
I started a “Bridalicious Boot Camp” video in preparation for my wedding. It’s a 90-day workout program specifically for brides-to-be. It’s a mix of cardio — called “Bridal Blasts” and weight training with a focus on the “Bridal Trifecta” (arms, shoulders, back). It’s a little ridiculous and extremely cheesy, but a fun way to stay active.
The Brooks Bell Star of the Week is a team member who has gone above and beyond typical expectations during the week. The award is designed to empower our team and ensure everyone’s hard work is appreciated and recognized.
The winner receives a large trophy they get to keep for the entire week, fully equipped with extra Nerf darts (extra protection for those impromptu Nerf wars). They also get the honor of selecting the following week’s winner.
Sound like fun? Check to see if we’re hiring.
