That’s why even the most seasoned leaders will benefit from our latest workshop on effective facilitation and brainstorming.

Watch our latest, pre-recorded workshop to learn new skills for leading engaging, dynamic and highly productive meetings and brainstorms. With content tailored specifically for digital leaders, the session covers:

  • An overview of adult learning principles and personas, and how to tailor your sessions to these personas to maximize retention and participation.
  • The latest methods, tools and resources to design and lead group sessions, as well as strategies to keep your audience involved and engaged.
  • Guidance on how to handle difficult participants – devils advocates, change resistors, and withholders among them.
  • Strategies to adapt your facilitation techniques for virtual, in-person and hybrid environments.
