Learn Effective Facilitation Skills for Digital Leaders

What’s worse than sitting through poorly-run meeting? Well, leading a poorly-run meeting, for one.

That’s why even the most seasoned leaders will benefit from our upcoming interactive workshop on effective facilitation and brainstorming.

Join us on June 20 from 2 – 3 pm ET // 11 am – 12 pm PT to learn new skills for leading engaging, dynamic and highly productive meetings and brainstorms. With content tailored specifically for digital leaders, the interactive session will cover:

  • An overview of adult learning principles and personas, and how to tailor your sessions to these personas to maximize retention and participation.
  • The latest methods, tools and resources to design and lead group sessions, as well as strategies to keep your audience involved and engaged.
  • Guidance on how to handle difficult participants – devils advocates, change resistors, and withholders among them.
  • Strategies to adapt your facilitation techniques for virtual, in-person and hybrid environments.

Live participants will receive access to free, proprietary resources from Brooks Bell consultants, including our meeting facilitation guide and facilitators’ planning template.
